We will then determine if your concerns should be responded to with an exchange or refund. Please give us feedback within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

 

SHIPPING

Simply send an email to info@nuubiia.com with the details of your purchase within 14 days of receipt to return your product.

We will provide you with a return label.

 

REIMBURSEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. Furthermore, we extend your right of return by 5 days during this period. As a result, you have 19 days to return the goods.

Policy on Cancellation

The cancellation policy outlined below applies to contracts for goods that can be shipped as a parcel via a courier company.

Withdrawal rights for goods that can be sent as a parcel

You have the right to cancel this contract as a consumer within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days beginning on the day you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

You are welcome to use our sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required. It is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired to meet the withdrawal deadline.

 

The ramifications of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we must repay all payments received from you, at the latest, within fourteen days of receiving notification of your cancellation. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction for this repayment. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment under any circumstances. We can refuse repayment until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. If a loss in value occurs as a result of the goods being used in a way that is not required for checking the condition, you will be liable for this loss in value.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. If you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires, you have met the deadline. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which the consumer’s individual selection or determination is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, cannot be revoked.

The following contracts are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

In the case of distance sales or contracts concluded outside of South Africa, the consumer has no right of withdrawal.

  • Services, if the entrepreneur began to perform the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, based on an express request by the consumer and confirmation of the consumer’s knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of complete fulfillment of the contract, and the service was then fully provided,
  • Goods or services whose prices are determined by fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur during the withdrawal period
  • Goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,
  •  Goods that spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be quickly exceeded,
  • Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery,
  • alcoholic products, the price of which was agreed when the contract was signed but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after the contract was signed and whose current value is determined by market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control,
  • Audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package provided the seal is removed after delivery,
  • Books, newspapers, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the delivery of such publications;
  • Goods that have been intentionally or unintentionally damaged as a result of improper use Please contact us right away if your shipment is damaged in transit.
  • Technical devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Sometimes the return is processed directly with the manufacturer,
  • We will only accept products returned because of an allergic reaction or intolerance if the allergen is not listed in the product description.
  • The delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier, if the entrepreneur – with the express consent of the consumer, combined with his knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of early commencement of contract fulfillment, and after providing a copy or confirmation – has started delivery before the withdrawal period in accordance with The Consumer Protection Act.
  • Furthermore, the consumer has no right to withdraw from contracts for urgent repair or maintenance work where the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit him to perform this work. If the entrepreneur provides additional services not expressly requested by the consumer during such a visit, or if he delivers goods that are not necessarily required as spare parts for maintenance or repair, the consumer has the right to withdraw from these additional services or goods.
  • Plants – If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo and send it to us as soon as possible. In this case, the goods can be refunded.
