Intimate Steaming Herbs Use Instructions:
Add one table-spoon of herbs and add to 500ml of boiling water. Let it boil for 3 minutes and maintain the hot temperature of the mixture. Pour your mixture into enamel stainless-stell basin. Make sure that Ensure that the steam temperature is just not too hot before you begin steaming. Cover your body with a towel or gown. Every session needs to be between 20-30 minutes.
